said 144,930 square foot tract of land being described by metes and bounds as follows;
Beginning at an °x" cut in a concrete walk in the South line of U.S. Highway Nos. 82 and 277. being in a curve to the
right and being the Northwest corner of said tract of land described in deed recorded in Volume 1276, Page 660, Deed Records,
Wichita County, Texas, and the Northeast corner of a tract of land conveyed to the Wi'chi to Falls Independent School District
in deed recorded in Volume 697, Page 469, Deed Records, Wichita County, Texas, being the site of the Harrell School, said
point of beginning also being West 2019.8 feet and North 998.99 feet from the Southeast corner of said John V. Wheeler Survey
