more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a point in the North line of the Deaton-Waggoner Subdivision, said point
being the Southeast corner of the Travis Gore tract as recorded in Vol. 862, .Page 475, Wichita
County Deed Records, said point also bears West 2009.8 feet and South 679.7 feet from the
Northeast corner of said E. A. Austin Survey;
Thence North 310.00 feet along the East line of said Travis Gore tract to a point for the
Northwest corner of this tract;
Thence East 241.10 feet to a point for the Northeast corner of this tract;
