THENCE S 66' 16' 13" E, with the South line of said Lot 67, at 2.2 feet pass a nail found,
and continuing on the same course a total distance of 302.97 feet to an iron rod set on
the 980.7 contour line, for the East corner of this tract;
THENCE with the 980.7 contour line as follows: S 18' 48' 32" W a distance of 40.51 feet to
a nail set; S 57' 22' 01" W a distance of 38.74 feet to a nail set; N 86' 06' 56" W a
distance of 24.92 feet to a nail set; N 21' 24' 49" W a distance of 24.49 feet to a nail set;
N 72' 48' 35" W a distance of 68.29 feet to a nail set; S 24' 28' 57" W a distance of
75.43 feet to a nail set; S 22' 29' 14" E a distance of 34.33 feet to a nail set;
S 32' 28' 30" W a distance of 61.69 feet to a nail set; and S 05' 59' 48" W a distance of
18.62 feet to an iron rod set at the East corner of Lot 64 of said Lake View Farms, for the
South comer of this tract;
THENCE N 55' 23' 58" W, with the Northeast line of said Lot 64, at 209.85 feet pass an iron
rod found, and continuing on the some course a total distance of 213.15 feet to a 6 inch
hackberry in the East line of Lake Shore Drive, being a curve to the left having a radius of
565.00 feet, for the West corner of this tract;
THENCE Northeasterly with the East line of Lake Shore Drive and with said curve to the left
an arc distance of 105.32 feet (Chord = N 29' 55' 03" E — 105.17 feet) to an iron rod set
at the end of said curve to the left;
THENCE N 24' 35' 01" E, with the East line of Lake Shore Drive, a distance of 104.72 feet to
the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 1.18 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed
hereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicate to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, watercourses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed and further warrant that
they have lawful authority to make such dedications.
