rod set at the Southeast corner of Lot 81;
THENCE S 56' 05' W with the South line of Lot 31, a distance of 419.1 feet to an iron rod set on
the 980 contour,
THENCE with the 980 contour. N 09° 01' W distance of 110.57 feet to a point: N 50' 52' E a
distance of 157.1 feet to an iron rod set, N 160 30' W a distance of 89.2 feet to an iron rod set for
the Northwest corner of Lot 80,
THENCE N 55° 59' E with the North line of Lot 80, a distance of 189.44 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 1.4 acres of land.
