Thence North 790 56' West along the North line of said Old Iowa Park Highway a distance of 315.56 feet to a point
in the East line of Block 20, Hirschi Subdivision;
Thence North along the East line of said Block 20, Hirschi Subdivision a distance of 1194.44 feet to a point for
the Northwest corner of this tract;
