having a radius of 1497.5 feet and a tangent bearing at this point of S 53° 04' 30" W;
THENCE Southwesterlv with said curve with a central angle of 171 341 30" for an are distance of 459.3 feet
to iron rod in South line of Block :34, at Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE with South line of Block 34 and with fence, N 790 411 W, 429.55 feet to iron rod at Southwest corner
of this tract, being 282.8 feet S 790 411 F. from the Southwest corner of Block 34;
THENCE N 110 041 E, 240.65 feet to iron rod in fenced North line of Block :34;
THENCE with fence N 790 431 IV, 61.6 feet to iron rod at fence corner;
T1IENCE N 040 161 E with fence, 240.0 feet to iron rod at fence conrer in North line of Block 3:3 for Northwest
corner of this tract, 286 fert S 790 41' E from the Northwest corner of Block 33;
THENCE with North line of Block 33 and with fence, S 790 411 E, 623.4 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING
and containing 6.483 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto and in person or through
a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever, all streets, alleys, parks, water
courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
