Whereas Marvin Ball is the Owner of a certain tract of land situated in the
South part of Block 25, Replat of Part of Hirschi Subdivision, a part of the
David Welch Survey, Abst. 324, and described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the South part of a replat of part of Block 25, Hirschi Sub-
division, a part of the David Welch Survey, Abst. 324, said point being 164.45
feet West of the Southeast corner of Block 25;
THENCE in a Westerly direction, being the center line of Duty Lane, which is als
the South line of Block 25, 75 feet to a point, being N 79*44' W;
THENCE North parallel with the East line of Block 25, 170 feet to a point;
THENCE S 79*44' E, parallel with the South line of Block 25, 75 feet to a point;
THENCE South parallel with the East line of Block 25, 170 feet to the place of
beginning
The Owner of land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto,
and in person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of
the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains easements,
and public places shown thereon for the purpose and consideration therein ex-
pressed.
