and 8, said J.W. Hatfield Addition a distance of 86.67 feet to an iron rod set, for the
Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 52' 38" E, a distance of 228.88 feet to an iron rod set in the North line of
said Lot 8 and the South line of said Euel Street, for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 79' 46' 51" E, with the North line of said Lot 8 and the South line of said Euel
