by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at an iron rod in the west right -of- way line of North Beverly
Drive, said iron rod bears North 890 05' West 20.00 feet and South 000 59' 45' West k
3443.50 feet from the northeast corner of the above mentioned David Welch Survey for
the northeast corner and place of beginning of this description;
