feet to an iron rod found in the North right—of—way line of Avondale Street, said rod being

THENCE along the North right—of—way line of Avondale Street in a Westerly direction along a
curve to the left having a radius of 180.00 feet, an arc distance of 46.74 feet to a set mag
nail for the end of this curve (Chord of this arc segment=N 77' 29' 03" W 46.61 feet);
