THENCE leaving said South right—of—way line of Farington Road, S 12' 53' E along the East
line of said Lot 5, Block 37, a distance of 129.00 feet to an iron rod at the Southeast
comer of Lot 5 for an angle point in this tract, said rod also being the Northeast comer of
Lot 7, Block 37;
THENCE S 46' 54' E along the East line of said Lot 7, Block 37. a distance of 120.00 feet
to an iron rod at the Southeast corner of said Lot 7 also being the most Southerly comer
of Lot 6, said rod lies in a curve of the above said North right—of—way line of Martin
Boulevard;
THENCE along the North right—of—way line of Martin Boulevard as follows: in a Northeasterly
direction along a curve to the left, having a radius of 408.00 feet, a central angle of
26' 09' 44", for an arc distance of 186.30 feet to an Iron rod at a point of tangency,
N 17' 00' E a distance of 93.70 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.794 acre
of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
