WHEREAS Range Land Management, L.P. and Dillard 1987 Trust are the owners of a
portion of Lot 1, all of Lots 2 and 4, and a portion of Lot 3, Block 47, Country Club Estates
and more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod found at the Northeast comer of Lot 2, Block 47, Country Club
Estates as recorded in Volume 3, Page 138, Wichita County Plat Records, said rod being at
the intersection of the South line of Homstead Lane and the West line of a City Aqueduct,
said rod being the Northeast comer of this tract;
THENCE S 05' 18' 40" W with the West line of said City Aqueduct a distance of 112.23 feet
to an iron rod found at the beginning of a curve to the right having a radius of 545.96 feet;
THENCE Southwesterly with the West line of said City Aqueduct an arc distance of 299.38
feet to an iron rod set at the end of the curve (Chord = S 21' 00' 56" W - 295.56 feet);
THENCE S 36' 43' 12" W with the West line of said City Aqueduct a distance of 306.08 feet
to an iron rod found at the Southeast comer of Lot 4, Block 47, Country Club Estates as
recorded in Volume 3, Page 138, Wichita County Plat Records, said rod being on a curve to
the left and having a radius of 1942.02 feet, said rod also being in the North line of Irving
Place and being the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE Northwesterly with the North line of Irving Place an arc distance of 268.46 feet to
an iron rod set at the Southwest comer of this tract (Chord = N 64' 43' 51" W - 268.25
feet);
THENCE N 26' 54' 52" E a distance of 221.02 feet to an iron rod found for an angle corner
of this tract;
THENCE N 26' 21' 32" E a distance of 42.88 feet to an iron rod found on the North line of
Lot 3, Block 47, Country Club Estates as recorded in Volume 3, Page 138, Wichita County
Plat Records, said rod also being an ell comer of this tract;
THENCE S 79' 58' 46" E with the North line of said Lots 3 & 4, a distance of 34.21 feet to
an iron rod found for an ell comer of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 11' 07" E a distance of 288.93 feet to a point on the South line of
Hampstead Lane from which an iron rod bears North 0.25', said point being the Northwest
corner of this tract;
THENCE EAST with the South line of Hampstead Lane a distance of 388.27 feet to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING and containing 4.724 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of
the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public
places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
