THENCE N 04'52'38" E to an iron rod found at a distance of 167.08 feet for the Northwest
corner of this tract;

Club Estates, for a distance of 95.31 feet to an iron rod found for the Northeast comer of
this tract;
THENCE S 02'41'11" W along the West line of the aforementioned Lot 10 for a distance of
186.73 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.393 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owners of the land shown on this plot and whose names ore
subscribed thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the
use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and
public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
