and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows;
Beginning at a 3/8" iron rod for the point of intersection of the East right-of-way line of Martin
Boulevard, a dedicated street, and the South right-of-way line of Farington Road, a dedicated street, said
iron rod being the Northwest corner of said Lot 8, Block 42A, and the Northwest corner and Place of
Beginning of this description;
Thence North 800 35' 00" East 80.06 feet along said South right-of-way line to a 3/8" iron rod for a
point of curvature;
Thence continuing along said South right-of-way line in an Easterly direction 31ong a 5.077 degree
curve to the right, having a radius of 1128.54 feet and a central angle of 030 43' 30", a distance of 73.37
feet to a 3/8" iron rod for the Northeast corner of said Lot 8 and the Northeast corner of this tract;
Thence leaving said South right-of-way line, South 000 25' 02" East 182.81 feet along the East line
of said Lot 8 to a 1/2" iron rod for the Southeast corner of said Lot 8 and the Southeast corner of this
Tract;
Thence South 850 00' 24" West 211.16 feet to a 3/8" iron rod in a curve of the East right-of-way
line of said Martin Boulevard for the Southwest corner of said Lot 8 and the Southwest corner of this
tract, the bearing of the tangent to the curve at said iron rod bears South 220 00' 06" West;
Thence along said East right-of-way line of Martin Boulevard as follows:
in a Northerly direction along an 11.845 degree curve to the left, having a radius of 483.713
feet and a central angle of 060 58, 46", a distance of 58.92 feet to a 3/8" iron rod for the
end of curve, the bearing of the tangent to the curve at said point bears North 150 01' 20" East;
Thence North 170 28' 57" East 128.56 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.74 acres,
