BEGINNING at an iron rod at the Northeast corner said Lot 1, Block 55, as recorded in
Volume 9, Page 58, Wichita County Plat Records, said point being in the West line of Cedar
Elm Lane;
THENCE S 360 24' W with the East line of Lot 1 and the West line of Cedar Elm Lane a
distance of 101.52 feet to an iron rod in the North line of Midwestern Parkway;
THENCE N 820 25' W with the North line of Midwestern Parkway a distance of 170.34 feet to
an iron rod at the Southwest corner of said Lot 1;
THENCE N 36° 10' E with the West line of Lot 1 a distance of 183.2 feet to an iron rod at
the Northwest corner of Lot 1;
THENCE S 530 45' 30" E with the North line of Lot 1 a distance of 150.0 feet to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING and containing 0.49 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto, and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public
forever, all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
