in a curve to the left;
THENCE in a Southwesterly direction with the East line of Lots 14 and 15 with said curve to the left
having a radius of 659.8 feet and a central angle of 050 12' 37", for an arc distance of 60.0 feet
to a 2" pipe;
THENCE N 680 51' W a distance of 285.52 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.673 acres of
land.
