known as Lots 8 and 9, Block 42A, First Extension to the Sixth Supplement to Country Club Estates, First
Section, and being more specifically described by mates and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a 38" iron rod for the point of intersection of the East right-of-way line of Martin
Boulevard, a dedicated street, and the South right-of-way line of FarIngton Road, a dedicated street,
said iron rod being the Northwest corner of said Lot 8, Block 42A, and the Northwest corner and Place of
Beginning of this description,
Thence North 800 35' East 80.06 feet along said South right-of-way line to a 3/8" iron rod for a
point of curvature;
Thence continuing along said South right-of-way line in an Easterly direction along a 5.077 degree
curve to the right, having a radius of 1128.54 feet and a central angle of 120 27' 210, a distance of
245.37 feet to a 3/8" iron rod for the Northeast corner of said Lot 9, Block 42A, and the Northeast
corner of this tract;
Thence leaving said South right-of-way line South 010 34' 44" West 187.98 feet along the East line
of said Lot 9 to a 1/2" iron rod for the Southeast corner of said Lot 9 and the Southeast corner of this
tract;
Thence North 890 35' H " West 165.03 feet to a 1/2" iron rod at the Southwest corner of said Lot 9
and the Southeast corner of said Lot 8 for an interior corner of this tract,
Thence South 850 00' 24" West 211.16 feet to a 3/8" iron rod in a curve of the East right-of-way
line of said Martin Boulevard for the Southwest corner of said Lot 8 and the Southwest corner of this
tract, the bearing of the tangent to the curve at said iron rod bears South 220 00' 0 ,West;
Thence along said East right-of-way line of Martin Boulevard as follows:
in a Northerly direction along a 11.845 degree curve to the left, having a radius of 483.713
feet and a central angle of 960 58' 46", a distance of 58.98 feet to a 3;'B" iron r8d for the
