THENCE S 83°10' E with the North line of Lot 9A at 135.0 feet passing the Northeast
corner of Lot 9A and continuing in all a distance of 185.0 feet to a point, the Northwest
corner of Lot 8;
THENCE S 89°54' E along the North line of Lot 8, 130.0 feet to a point, the Northeast
corner of Lot 8, said point being in the West Right -of -Way line of Harrison Street, the
Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE South with the West Right -of -Way line of Harrison Street 170.30 feet to the Place
