Texas, and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a point in the North right—of—way line of Clarinda Avenue and the South line of said
Lot 10, said point bears South 760 52' East 50.0 feet from the Southwest corner of said Lot 10 for the place
of beginning of this description;
Thence along said South right—of—way line of Clarinda Avenue as follows: South 760 52' East 75.0
feet to a point of curvature, said point being the Southeast carrier of said Lot 30 and the Southwest corner
of said Lot 9; thence in an Easterly direction along a 5,242 degree curve to the left a distance of 75.0
