WHEREAS, J. Leon Howell and W. R. Hyer are the owners of a tract of land being all of Lot 8 and part of Lot
9 of Block 48 of the Extended Section of the seventh Supplemental Addition to the Country Club Estates First
Section Addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, according to Plat and Dedication of said Extended
Section filed for record February 24, 1955, in the office of the County Clerk of Wichita County, Texas,
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest Corner of said Lot 8;
THENCE in a Southeasterly direction along the North line of said Lot 8, 188.5 feet to the Northeast Corner
of said Lot 8;
THENCE in a Southwesterly direction along the East line of said Lots 8 and 9, 310.0 feet to a corner in
the East line of Lot 9;
THENCE in a Northwesterly direction, 180.6 feet to a corner in the West line of said Lot 9, and 25.0 feet
Northeast from the Southwest Corner of said Lot 9;
THENCE in a Northeasterly direction along the west line of said Lots 9 and 8, 250.0 feet to the place of
beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That We, J. Leon Howell and W. R. Hyer, do hereby adopt this plat of Lots 8A and 9A, Block 48 of the Ex-
tended Section of the Seventh Supplemental Addition to the Country Club Estates Addition, Wichita Falls,
