a central angle of 200 20' 27", a distance of 388.32 feet to a 1/2" iron rod for the ending point of said curve, the bearing of the tangent to the curve at

Thence South 550 28' 52"East 132.80 feet and continuing along said South right-of-way line to a 1/2" iron rod In a curve for corner, the bearing of
the tangent to the curve at said iron rod bears North 550 05' 02" West;
Thence continuing along said South right-of-way line, along a 127.324 degree curve to the right, having a radius of 45.00 feet and a central angle
of 1010 13' 52" , a distance of 79 51 feet to a 1/2" rran rod in said West right-of-way line of Hamilton Boulevard for a point of reverse curve, the
hearing of the tangent to the first curve bears South 580 08' 50" West, and the bearing of the tangent to the second curve bears South 560 29' 06' West,
Thence in a Southerly direction along a 2.494 degree curve to the left for the West right-of-way line of said Hamilton Boulevard, said curve having
a radius of 2297,10 feet and a central angle of 040 29' 37" , a distance of 180.15 feet to a 1/2" iron rod, the bearing of the tangent to the curve at said
