THENCE S 00' 22' 33" E with the West right-of-way line of Wolcott Lane and the East lines

BEGINNING and containing 2.653 acres of land.

BEGINNING at an iron rod found in the East right-of-way line of Wolcott Lane for the
Northwest corner of Lot 14 of the B. B. Woodall Subdivision;
THENCE S 89' 50' 00" E with the North line of said Lot 14 a distance of 48.90 feet to an
iron rod found in the West right-of-way line of Central Freeway,
THENCE S 21' 48' 14" E with the West right-of-way line of Central Freeway a distance of
3.50 feet to a highway monument found for the beginning of a curve to the right with a
radius of 573.70 feet and a central angle of 12' 10' 18";
THENCE in a Southerly direction with said right-of-way line and curve to the right, an arc
distance of 121.88 feet to an iron rod found for the Southeast comer of this tract;
