Survey cap at the Northwest comer of Block 31 of said B. B, Woodall Subdivision
Thence South 89 degrees 57 minutes 29 seconds East 82.07 feet along the North line of said Block 31, found a Corlett, Probst & Boyd Survey cap.
Thence South 00 degrees 28 minutes 40 seconds East 169.13 feet along the east line of said block 31 to a Corlett, Probst & Boyd survey cap, said point
being 170 feet perpendicular from the centerline of Burlington & Northern Railroad.
Thence North 79 degrees 44 minutes West (Basis of Bearings) 132.8 feet, parallel to and 170 feet North of the centerline of Burlington and Northern
