being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a k" iron rod lying in the west right-of-way line of Wolcott
Lane, said 11" iron rod being the northeast corner of said Lot 21, and also being
the northeast corner and place of beginning of this description;
Thence along said west right-of-way line of Wolcott Lane, and along the east
line of said Lots 21 and 22, South 140.00 feet to a Fg" iron rod being the southeast
corner of said Lot 22, and also being the southeast corner of this tract;
Thence leaving said west right-of-way line of Wolcott Lane, and along the south
