B.B. Woodall Subdivision, Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas; and herewith replats said tract
of land into Block 6-A; said tract of land being described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at an iron rod at the Northwest corner of Block 6, B.B. Woodall Subdivision, Wichita
Falls, Wichita County, Texas; said Block 6 being described in the Wichita County Plat Records,
Volume 5, Page 526, Filed May 25, 1926.
THENCE N89035'E at 5.0 feet pass an iron rod and continuing on the same course in all 101.61
feet to an iron rod
THENCE S23003'E 75.84 feet along the West right of way line of Central Freeway to an iron rod
THENCE S89035'W at 126.3 feet pass an iron rod and continuing on the same course in all 131.3,
to an iron rod
THENCE North 70.0 feet along the East right of way line of Wolcott Lane to the place of beginning
and containing .19 acres of land more or less.
The owners of land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed hereto, and in person or
through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets,
alleys, parks, watercourses, drains, easements, and public places thereon shown for the purpose
and consideration therein expressed.
