I.- Wichita County, Texas and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as
fellows;
Beginning at an iron rod which bears Southago 351 East 200.60 feet and North
479.50 feet from the Southwest corner of Block 22 of the above mentioned Ed Woodall
�-% Subdivision No. 2, said iron rod lying in the East right-of-way line of Wolcott
Lane, for the Southwest corner of said Lot 9, and the place of beginning of the
herein described tract;
Thence leaving said East right-of-way line of Wolcott Lane, North 890 35- East
89.53 feet to an iron rod for the Southeast corner of this tract;
Thence North 00" 40' East 192.60 feet along the West right-of-way, line of
Central Freeway to a point of curvature;
Thence continuing along said West right-,,f-way line of Central Freeway and
along a 10.15 degree curve to the left, having a radius of 564,N.9 feet and a
central angle of ONd 49' 16,50, a total distance of 47.50 feet to an iron rod for
the Northeast corner of this tract;
Thence leaving saia West right-of-way line of Central Freeway, South 890
35' West 91.00 fact to an iron rod in the above mentioned East right-of-way line of
Wolcott Lane for the Northwest corner of this tract;
Thence along the above mentioned East right-of-way line of Wolcott Lane, South
