Subdivision, Wichita Falls, Texas and described as follows;
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Block 5, B. B. Woodall Subdivision, as recorded
in Volume 5, Page 526, Wichita County Plat Records;
THENCE East with North line of said Block 5-131.3 feet to an iron rod in the West
Right -of -Way line of Central Freeway;
THENCE S 22°13' E with the West Right -of -Way line of Central Freeway 102.3 feet to a
Texas Highway Dept. monument at the beginning of a curve to the right having a radius of
184.85 feet and a central angle of 14°34';
THENCE in a Southeasterly direction with said curve to the right, a distance of 47.0
feet to an iron rod in the South line of said Lot 4, B. B. Woodall Subdivision;
THENCE West with South line of said Block 4, 182.0 feet to an iron rod in the East
Right -of -Way line of Wolcott Lane;
THENCE North with the East Right -of -Way line of Wolcott Lane 140.0 feet to the place
of beginning and containing 0.51 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person
or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for
the purpose and consideration therein expressed.
