corner of this tract;
THENCE N 15" 55' W with the Fast line of Southwest Parkway 468.27 feet to an iron rod for the Northwest
corner of this tract;
THENCE N 890 50' E 168.28 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 1.09 acres of land.
