feet and S 890 33' E 25.0 feet from the Southwest corner of Block 39, Rancho Vista Place Subdivision as shown on
the plat of record in Volume 5, Page 496, Wichita County Plat Records;
THENCE N 000 27' E 120.0 feet along the East line of Sisk Road to a'/ inch iron rod found for the Northwest corner
of this tract;
THENCE N 460 39' E 193.81 feet to a'/2 inch iron rod found on the West line of Southwest Parkway for the Northeast
corner of this tract;
THENCE in a Southeasterly direction with the West line of Southwest Parkway and a curve to the left having an Arc
Length of 100.0 feet, a Radius of 1969.86 feet, a Central Angle of 20 54' 31 ", the Chord bears S 350 20' 07" E 99.99
feet to a'/ inch iron rod found for the Southeast corner of this tract,
THENCE S 490 21' W 263.22 feet along the North line of a tract owned by Morris Franklin, and described in Volume
776, Page 471, to the Place of Beginning and containing 0.49 Acre of land. The bearings in these Field Notes are
NAD 83 Grid bearings from Solar Observations.
