THENCE S 280 25' W 116.85 feet to an iron rod found in the North line of Geronimo Drive, being
a curve to the left having a radius of 378.5 feet,
THENCE with said curve in a Southeasterly direction for an arc distance of 114.0 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.275 acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
