right—of—way at the North comer of a 2.53 acre tract out of Block 12, Rancho Vista Place
described in deed from Neal Collier to Troy Lee Collier recorded at Vol. 1346, Page 487, Wichita
County Deed Records, from which the original North comer of Block 12 bears N 2356' W
20.0 feet;
THENCE N 66' 04' E 400.0 feet to a 4" pipe fence comer at the Northwest comer of
Jerry Varelman tract described In deed recorded at Vol. 1169, Page 802, Wichita County Deed
Records;
THENCE S 21'31'46" E 585.52 feet to an iron rod set by fence comer at South comer of
Varelman tract and East comer of the 2.53 acre tract;
THENCE S 66'04' W 375.4 feet to an iron rod set by fence comer at the South comer of
said 2.53 acres;
THENCE N 23.56' W 586.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 5.22 acres.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is ascribed hereto, and in person
