into Lots 5, 6, and 7; said tract of land being described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a point which bears S15055°E 610.4 feet along the West right-of-way line of Southwest
Parkway from the South right-of-way line of Ward Street; Ward Street being described in the Ward
Addition as recorded in Volume 22, Page 40, Wichita County Plat Records.

THENCE N79022'05"E 238.0 feet to the place of beginning and containing 1.38 acres of land more or
