Beginning at a point in the West riqht-of-way line of Winann Street, said point bears
North 510 20' West 4281.6 feet from the Southeast corner of the Robert Evans Survey, A-74, Wichita County,
Texas, for the Southeast corner and place of beginning of this description;
Thence leaving said West right-of-way line of Winann Street, South 470 47' West 100.0 feet to a point for
the Southwest corner of this tract;
Thence North 420 13' West 72.0 feet to a point fot the Northwest corner of this tract;
Thence North 470 47' East 100.0 feet to a point in the above mentioned West right-of-way line Winann Street
for the Northeast corner of this tract;
