Right-of-way line of a 200 foot right-of-way for U. S. Highway 82 & 277;
THENCE S 47*30' E, at 172 feet pass South corner of 0.9 acre tract, in all, 405.6 feet to iron rod at
South corner of 1.529 acre tract conveyed to Anderson Plastics Co.; LI,
THENCE N 70015' E 188.7 feet to Southeast corner of said 1.529 acres, an iron rod on West side of Winan St;
THENCE South 293 feet to iron rod;
THENCE N 49° W 130 feet to iron rod;
THENCE S 70015' W 269 feet to iron rod in South line of Warman and Marten four acres, being 125 feet
Northeast from its Southwest corner;
THENCE N 47014' W 436.1 feet to an iron rod in the Southeast Right-of-way line of U. S. Highway 277;
THENCE with Southeast Right-of-way U. S. Highway 277, N 42'30' E 287.7 feet to the place of beginning
and containing 3.99 acres of land.
Therefore, the Owners of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets,
alleys, narks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and
considerations therein expressed.
