W'HERAS, on the 15th. day of September, A. D. lv47, by order of the
cocmissioners'court of Wichita County, a'exse, ssid order recorded
in Vol 464, page 190 of the Dead Records of said County and StFts,
there was dedicated to Wichita •ounty and to the public uss, a ublie
road through the Robert Ev-n■ Sur. Abet. 74 and through block No. 5
of the Rivercrest Park Addition to the City of Wichita Fells-, Texas;
said dedication recorded in Vol 464, page 188 of the D-ed :iscords of
.kichits County, 'axis, to which reference Is here made for full
particulars.
NOW we, the undersigned property owners having property
adjoining said above described road, being desirous of making said
ro-.d sixty (60) feet in width in its entire length, extending from
Federal highways Nos 80 and 277 to the Seymour road, hereby dedlomto
to Wichita County and to the public use additi nal lend, sufficient to
make said public road sixty (60) feet in width.
Such land dedicated by each of the undersigned property owners, as
shown by the accompaning plat, attached herewith, is described as
follows:
A. 9. McGrath, the undersigned, being the owner of land in the Robt.
Evans Sur. Abet. 74, Wichita County, lying between Federal highways Nos.
80 end 277 and block No. 5 of the Rivercrest Park Add. to the City of
Wichita Halls Tax.-, bereby dedioates to Wichita County and th the publ'
use a strip o� lend ten (10) fe-t in width along the lost side of the
abo�described road.

5 of t-s Rivercrest park Addition to the City of Wichita rolls , Texas,
hereby dedicates to kichita County and to the public use a strip of
lend ten (10) feet to width along the east aide of said public road
dedicated qnd recorded in Vol 464, page 188, and also a strip of land
fifteen UW-f at in width along the east and north aide of a public
road dedicated to publip use A ri 'i0th. 1926 by Bart King, said dod-

Frank Schram, the undersigned owner of Lots Nos. 3, and 4, Block
5 of the hivercreat Park Addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas,
hereby dedicates to Wichita County and to the public use a strip of lend
fifteen (15) feet In width alone the south and went side of said public
road dedicated by the said Bart icing.
L. M. McGrath, the undersigned, owner of let Md. 5, block No. 5 of
the Rivercrest ark Addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, he3,oby
dedicates to Wichitm County and to the public use a strip of land along
the south and west side of said public road dedicated by the said Bert

and assigns. '
