identified as being all of Lots 19 and 20 of Block 2, Childer's Addition of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas
and being more specifically described by metes and bounds AS follows:
Beginning at a point for the Southwest corner of Lot 21, Block 2, and also being the Southeast corner
of the above mentioned Lot 20, said point beers West 200 feet from the Southeast corner of Block 2, Childer's
Addition for the place of beginning of the herein described tract, said point also lies in the North line of
Dodge Street; a dedicated street; and the South line of said Block 2;
Thence North 138.7 feet along the East line of said Lot 20 to a point in the South line of a.20
foot alley for the Northeast corner of this tract;
Thence West 100.0 feet along the South line of said 20 foot alley to the East line of a 16 foot
alley to a point for the Northwest corner of Lot 19 and the Northwest corner of this tract;
Thence South 138.7 feet along the East line of said 16 foot alley to a point for the Southwest
corner of Lot 19 and the Southwest corner of this tract;
