in the South line of Seymour Highway for the Northwest corner of this tract
THENCE N 660 02' 55" E with the South line of Seymour Highway a distance of 163.76 feet to an
iron rod found for the Northeast corner of this tract,
THENCE S 230 52' 50" E with the East line of Block 13 a distance of 556.18 feet to an iron rod
found in the North line of Kell Freeway for the Southeast corner of this tract,
THENCE S 890 59' 20" W with the North line of Kell Freeway a distance of 179.3 feet to an iron
rod found for the Southwest corner of this tract,
THENCE N 230 51' 23" W with the East line of Block 12-A a distance of 483.42 feet to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING and containing 1.955 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown or the
