Whereas Mr. A. E. Pitts, P�O. Box 365, Ph. 692-3290, of Wichita Falls, Texas,
is the owner of a certain tract of land situated in Block 8 of the Bartosh
Subdivision of Section 7 of the Kemp Subdivision of the Wm. Mayer Survey, A-193,
Wichita County, Texas; described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron stake for the N.W. corner of said Block 8 and the N.E�
corner of Block 7. Said point being in the South R.O.W. line of the Seymour
Highway.
THENCE N. 660 07' 58" E., with the North line of said Block 8 and the South R.O,W.
line of said Seymour Highway, 300,04 Feet to an iron stake set for the N.E.
corner of said Block 8 and the N.W. corner of Block 9.
THENCE S. 230 37' 34" E., 545.19 Feet to an iron stake set for an ell corner of
Block 8 and the S.W. corner of Block 9.

of Section 6, 601.95 Feet to an iron stake set for the S,E. corner of Block 8 and
the N.E. corner of Block 10,

Block 10, 296.85 Feet to an iron stake set for the S.W. corner of Block 8 and the
S.E. corner of Block 7.
THENCE N. 230 51' 26" W., with the West line of Block 8 and the East line of
Block 7, 1200.01 Feet to the place of beginning and containing 9.99 acres of
land.
