BEGINNING at a point in the East line of Block 6, Bartosh Subdivision as recorded in Vol 3, Page 93,
Plat Records of Wichita County, Texas; S 23059` E 20.00 feet from its Northeast corner, said point being
in the South Right—of—way line of U. S. Highway No. 82-271;
THENCE S 23059' E along the East line of Block 6 a distance of 586..19 feet to a fence corner;
THENCE S 66017` 1 along a fence 367.33 feet to a point in the West line of Block 6;
THENCE N 23038` W along the West line of Block 6, 585.83 feet to a point in the South R/W line of U. S.
Highway No. 62-277;
THENCE N 66008` E along the South R/W line of said Highway, parallel with and 50.00 feet at right angles
from the center line of said Highway and also parallel with and 20.00 feet South at,right angles from the
North line of said Block 6 for a distance of 363.75 feet to the place of beginning and containing 4.92
acres of land.
The Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person or
through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys,
parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purpose and consideration
therein expressed.
