BEGINNING at an iron rod found at the Northwest corner of Lot 2 and the Northeast corner of

74, Wichita County Plat Records, said iron rod being in the South line of Seymour Road;
THENCE N 68' 58' 55" E with the South line of Seymour Road, a distance of 233.70 feet to
an iron rod set at the beginning of a curve to the right having a radius of 25.0 feet and a
central angle of 110' 52' 58";
THENCE in a Southeasterly direction with said curve to the right an arc distance of 48.38 feet
to an iron rod set at the end of curve (chord bearing of this segment S 55' 34' 18" E-41.18
feet) in the West line of Santa Fe Street;
THENCE S DO' 07' 54" E with the West line of Santa Fe Street, a distance of 231.28 feet to
an iron rod set for the Southeast corner of Lot 1, and in the North line of a 15 foot wide
alley;
THENCE S 68' 58' 55" W with the North line of said Alley, a distance of 175.00 feet to an
iron rod found at the Southwest corner of Lot 2 and Southeast corner of Lot 3;
THENCE N 20' 55' 37' W with the West line of said Lot 2, a distance of 249.94 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 1.270 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
