Block D. KEMP FAIR PARK ADDITION to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, and being more specifically described by metes and bounds
as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Block D of the Kemp Fair Park Addition, also being the intersection of the North
right-of-vray line of Arizona Avenue and the East right-of-way line of Garfield Street; thence East along the said North line of
Arizona Avenue a distance of 170.0 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 8 for the place of beginning of this description;
Thence leaving the said North line of Arizona Avenue, North 100.0 feet along the West lines of the above mentioned Lots 7
and B, and the East line of a 20 foot alley to the Northwest corner of said Lot 7 and the Northwest corner of this tract;
Thence East 124.4 feet along the North line of said Lot 7 to a point in the West right-of-way line of Grant Street for the
Northeast corner of said Lot 7 and the Northeast corner of this tract;
Thence South 100 42' West 16.72 feet along the said West right-of-way line of Grant Street to a point for corner, said
point being the intersection of the said West right-of-way line of Grant Street and the West right-of-way line of Kemp Boulevard;
Thence South 420 22' West 113.1 feet along the said West right-of-way line of Kemp Boulevard and the East lines of the
above mentioned Lots 7 and 8 to the point of intersection of the said West line of Kemp Boulevard and the above mentioned North
line of Arizona Avenue, said point also being the Southeast corner of said Lot B and the Southeast corner of this tract;
