A tract of land out of Block 8, Harris Subdivision, out of the J.R. Cook Survey,
A-40, Wichita County, Texas, and being more specifically described by metes and
bounds as follows:
Beginning at a 1" galvanized pipe in the west right-of-way line of Covington
Drive, said point bears North 299.70 feet from the southeast corner of the above
mentioned Harris Subdivision, for the southeast corner of this tract and place
of beginning of this description;
Thence North 80 09' West 194.85 feet to an iron rod for the southwest corner
of this tract;
Thence North Ol 08' West 131.88 feet to an iron rod lying in the North
line of the above mentioned Block 8, for the northwest corner of this tract;
Thence along the north line of said Block 8, South 80 09' East 197.50 feet
to an iron rod in the above mentioned west right-of-way line of Covinton Drive
for the northeast corner of said Block 8, also being the northeast corner of
this tract;
Thence along the west line of said Covington Drive, South 131.40 feet
to the place of beginning and containing 0.58 acre of land, more or less.
