Beginning at a point which lies In the East right-of-way line of Crescent Lane, a dedicated street; said
point Peace South 000 02' East 974.95feet from the intersection of the South right-of-way line of Nunn Street
and the East right-of-way line of said Crescent Lane, said point being the Southwest corner and place of
beginning of this description;
Thence North 000 02' West 288.85 feet along the above mentioned East right-of-way, Ilne of Crescent Lane
to a point for the Northeast corner of this tract; said point also being the Southwest corner of Lot 1, Block
1, Sunset Terrace, Section One, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas;
