Beginning at a point which lies in the East right-of-way line of Crescent Lane, a dedicated street; said point
being the Southwest corner of the aforementioned Lot 1, Harris Subdivision and the place of beginning of this description:
Thence North 000 02' West 288.85 feet along the above mentioned East right-of-way line of Crescent Lane to a
paint for the Northwest corner of this tract; said point also being the Southwest corner of Lot 1. Block 1, Sunset Terrace,
Section One, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas;
Thence South 790 50' East along the South line of the above mentioned Sunset Terrace, Section One,
