Whereas Wichita County 4-H Livestock Association is the Owner of a certain tract of land situated in Blocks 6
and 7, Irrigation Subdivision of John A. Scott Survey No. 9, Abst. 305, Wichita County, Texas, and described by
metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point 30 feet North of the Southwest corner of Block 7 of Irrigation Subdivision of John A.
Scott Survey No. 9, Abst. 305, said beginning point being in the North right-of-way of Hampstead Lane;
THENCE North at 1290 feet pass the Northwest corner of Block 7 and the Southwest corner of Block 6 of said Irri-
gation Subdivision and continuing in all 1554.0 feet to a point;
THENCE East 330.0 feet to a point;
THENCE South 1554.0 feet to a point in the North right-of-way line of said Hampstead Lane;
THENCE West along said North right-of-way line of Hampstead Lane, 330.0 feet to the place of beginning and being all
of Lots 1 through 12 of McGregor and Cooper Subdivision out of John A. Scott Survey No. 9 of said Wichita County
together with that strip of land lying to the West of Lots 1 through 10 of McGregor and Couper Subdivision, included
within the above metes and bcunds description, and shown as a street on the plat of said Subdivision.
The Owners of land showa on this plat and whose names are subscribed hereto, and in person or through a duly
authorized agent, dedicate to the public use forever the easements and alley thereon shown for the purpose and
consideration therein expressed.
