County, Texas and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the above mentioned lot 3 thence North 000 00' East
190.0 feet to the Northeast corner of lot 1 said Point also being in the South P.O.W. line
of Southern Avenue;
