being in the Northwest line of River Road,
THENCE S45016tWwith the Southeast line of Block 10, a distance of 1020.24 feet to a drill hole
set in concrete 10.0 feet Northeast from the South Corner of Block 10;
THENCE N 45' 17' W with the Northeast line of Clover Lane, 747.95 feet to the center of an
irrigation canal from which an iron rod set bears S 540 17' E 20.0 feet;
THENCE N 430 04' 30" E with the center of irrigation canal, 1023.85 feet to a point in fenced
Northeast line of Block 10 from which an iron rod set bears S 450 03' E 20.0 feet;
THENCE S 4500SE with the fenced Northeast line of Block 10, at 20.0 feet pass an iron set and
continuing on same course, in all a distance of 786.95 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 18.0 acres of land.
The owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed hereto, and
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever
all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for
the purposes and consideration therein expressed.
