BEGINNING at the West comer of a 5.0 acre tract conveyed to Michael Boyd Stouard by deed
recorded at Volume 1590, Page 188, Wichita County Deed Records, a point in the original
Northeast right-of-way line of Clover Lane which bears S 450 28' E 210.0 feet from the West
comer of Block 6, Tyson Subdivision, as shown on plat recorded at Volume 3, Page 92, Wichita
County Plat Records; from said Beginning point an iron rod set in the present right-of-way line
of Clover Lane bears N 450 00' E 5 0 feet and a fence corner bears N 340 00' E 5.1 feet,
THENCE with the Northwest line of Stourd tract N 45° 00' E, at 1013.2 feet pass a fence corner,
at 1015.2 feet pass an Iron rod set, and continuing on same course, in all 1032.2 feet to the
North corner of Stroud tract 6, in irrigation canal lateral;
THENCE S 450 00' W, at 19.0 feet pass an iron rod set in fence. at 1027 2 feet pass an Iron rod
set In the present right-of-way of Clover lane, and continuing on same course, in all 1032.2 feet
to the South corner of this tract,
THENCE with the Southwest line of Block 6, N 450 28' W 210 0 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 4.98 acres of land.
