the city of Wl chits Falls, Texas, and being more commonly known as Block 7, Stehl ilk 8 Baber Subdivision,
/ and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows;
Beginning at an iron rod in the North right—of—way line of U. S. highway No.'s. B2 A 217, (Seymour
Highwayl, said point being the Southwest corner of the above mentioned Block 7 and the Southeast corner
of Lot 2—A, Block B of the above mentioned Stahlik 6 Balser Subdivision; for the Southwest corner of this
tract and place of beginning of this description;
Thence leaving said right—of—way line, North 000 13' East ,923.09 feet to a point for the Northwest
corner of said Block 7 and the Northeast corner of said Block 8; for the Northwest corner of this tract;
Thence South 890 59' East 730. 44 feet to an iron rod lying in a 0.503 degree curve in the West
