iron rod found at the Northwest comer of Lot 42. Block 17, Willow Bend Estates as recorded in
Volume 25, Pages 351 k 352, Wichita County Plat Records, said rod being the Northwest comer
of this tract;
THENCE S 62' 19' 46" E. with the North line of said Lot 42, a distance of 127.97 feet to an iron
rod found at the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 08' 59" E, with the East lines of Lot 42 and 43, a distance of 135.26 feet to an
iron rod found at the Southeast corner of said Lot 43, said rod being the Southeast comer of
this tract;
THENCE S 89' 56' 01" W. with the South line of said Lot 43, a distance of 120.00 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.457 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
